Elevations Design Build is a design-build studio in Solana Beach, California. The site brings their residential projects, services, and process into one editorial site, with a direct path from a project example to starting a conversation.

Role
My role
I built the site from scratch and handled the June 2026 launch with the account lead, including the DNS move to Cloudflare and contact email through Resend. A teammate added the Sanity-backed journal in July.

Technical notes
- Contact
- The contact form posts to a server route that sends through Resend. Delivery was tested at launch.
- Structured data
- Shared helpers generate structured data for the service and portfolio pages.
- Journal
- A teammate added Sanity in July for posts, categories, and authors, with the Studio in the same repository. I later made the Sanity client lazy so a missing environment variable degrades the journal instead of breaking the build.
